As of April 10, 2025, citizens of Australia, Canada, and the United States will require a visa to enter Brazil. The Brazilian government has announced that the visa exemption for passport holders from these countries will remain in effect until April 9, 2025. Starting April 10, 2025, travelers from these nations will be required to obtain a visa before arriving in Brazil.

Visa Support

The organisers will send you a visa support letter after you register and pay for your registration. Once we have received your registration fee in the bank account, you will receive the visa support letter. Should you have been denied your visa, a reimbursement can be made.
