Your contributions are instrumental in designing an impactful and engaging Congress program.

Based on guidelines from the Alternatives Congress Trust to create a well-balanced program reflecting the 3Rs, WC13 Scientific and Organizing Committee strive to integrate interdisciplinary content for diverse perspectives and learning experience.

General Abstract Submission closed

The deadline for abstract submissions has passed. Submissions are no longer possible.

For Session Submitters & Speakers

A final deadline extension has been granted for session abstracts that were not submitted on time. The new deadline is March 20, 12:00 CET.

How to Submit Your Abstract?

For Accepted Session Speakers

  1. Check your email – You should have received a unique personal token. This ensures your abstract is correctly linked to your session.
  2. Log in to the submission platform.
  3. Go to your personal dashboard and click "Submit an Abstract."
  4. Select: "I would like to submit an abstract as part of a session."
  5. Enter your unique code to connect your abstract to your session.
  6. Complete your submission by filling in the required details.

Abstracts Not Part of a Session

  1. Log in to the submission platform.
  2. Go to your personal dashboard and click "Submit an Abstract."
  3. Select: "I would like to submit an individual presentation under one of the four congress tracks."
  4. Complete your submission by filling in the required details.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • There is no abstract submission fee.
  • Abstracts should cover original work (may include recently published work)
  • Presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of abstract prior to submission.
  • Submission of an abstract implies formal commitment by the designated presenting author to register for the congress to present the abstract (oral or poster).
  • Abstracts may not be edited/updated after final submission.
  • Late-breaking abstract submissions will only be eligible for poster presentations.
  • All abstracts will be evaluated by the WC13 Organizing Committee with feedback from the International Scientific Committee.
  • Presentation format (oral or poster) is designated based on the relevance/quality of abstract and Theme/Session selected.
  • All abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in the abstract book and on WC13 website prior to the Congress.
  • Please note that the corresponding author will receive all correspondence about the abstract. For this reason, it is strongly recommended that the presenting author also acts as corresponding author.
  • Your abstract is not successfully submitted until you receive a confirmation e-mail after clicking the final submit button. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us by sending an e-mail to helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Please include affiliation and country for all authors.
  • The abstract text is limited to maximum of 3000 characters, excluding spaces.
  • Figures, tables or attachments are not allowed/will not be displayed.
  • All submissions must be made under one of the four tracks.
